As a young girl, I was obsessed with crafting the perfect chocolate chip cookie—sharing each batch with family, friends, neighbors, and colleagues. That simple joy became my life’s work. After graduating from culinary school in 1989 and working in professional kitchens, I became a personal chef specializing in meals for varied dietary needs. Yet no matter how far my career evolved, one vision stayed with me: the cookie that could do more than satisfy—it could care.
In 2010, when I married my soulmate Robert, I returned to the test kitchen with fresh purpose. There, my childhood dream finally crystallized. I created Epiphany, the first Original Toffelized® Crown Cookie—a golden toffee-kissed indulgence.
